How to get free, impartial and confidential advice

If you need advice, information or guidance, Caithness Citizens Advice Bureau is here for you.

Visit the Citizens Advice website for detailed information on a wide range of topics, including guidance on benefits, debt, money, work, housing and much more.

It’s also easy to get in touch with us, in whichever way suits you best.

Visit Us – No appointment necessary. 

Drop in to our Thurso Office, 1a Beach Court, Thurso.  Monday – Friday 10am-2pm or our Wick Office, 123 High Street, Wick.  Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am-2pm and one of our trained advisers will see you when available. 

If you are unable to visit us during these times please try email, phone or use our self help resources.

We can also arrange home visits for those who may be unable to access our services by any other method for example due to health or mobility issues.

 

Phone us

Give us a call to get advice on any issues or problems you’re facing, or to arrange an appointment at the bureau.

We can help with relatively simple issues over the phone, particularly if you’re looking for a quick answer to something straight-forward.

Email us

Send us an email with information about the issue you’re having and what type of advice you would like. Email is a useful way to contact us if you don't need an answer urgently. We’ll aim to get back to you within 1-2 business days.
